As we began to have thoughts about a home remodeling project, we knew that to have the right contract management person was critical to its success.
The recommendation that we received, the reputation of Boreal Woodworking in the Ely area, and our personal interview with Michael Dietzman made us feel that we would enter a fruitful relationship.
Our goals for the remodeling project were perhaps not the usual, since construction would be performed and completed in our absence. Good communication through email, cell phone andfax machine etc. would be essential. Boreal Woodworking was able to provide excellent communication about our home.
Remodeling our home remotely called for a huge trust factor. Both the builder and the owner were committed to this relationship.
Boreal Woodworking, under the direction of Michael, completed our home for us with excellent quality and workmanship. All phases of construction were performed in a timely fashion, which demanded a good deal of co-ordination, perseverance, and artful management. Satisfaction was important and we certainly appreciated the follow through effort to completion.
Michael Dietzman demonstrated not only good management style, but also the ability to be open to ideas and exceptional attention to detail.
